Can’t I make my own kit for
less money than buying one?
When
we started Table Seaters, we went to our local stationary
store to buy paper and to a national home improvement
chain to purchase the Velcro. By the time we had
cut up the Velcro and paper for our guests’ names,
not only was it much more expensive but also much
more time consuming. Because we purchase all the
components on a volume basis, we’ve been able to
get our costs down and still sell the kits at what
we feel is a very reasonable price.
What
do I do if I run out of Velcro pieces or name labels?
The
best way to avoid this is to order the right size
kit to start with. The difference in cost between
the three kits is fairly small, so if you think
you might have more guests than you originally planned,
ordering the next size kit would probably be a good
idea, just to be on the safe side.
Can
I use my computer to print out my guests’ names?
Absolutely!
In the instructions that you’ll receive there are
directions for setting up a form, using Microsoft
Word, so that you can key in and print out your
guests’ names.
